  • All Full-Time and Part-Time staff positions (36+ hours per pay period) will receive $2,000 as a sign-on initiative.
  • All Part-Time staff positions (less than 36 hours per pay period) will receive $1,000 as a sign-on initiative.
  • Full-Time RNs will receive $5,000 as a sign-on initiative.
  • Night shift differential of $8.00 per hour.
  • OR and OB RNs will receive Specialty pay of $6.00 per hour.
