A special community showing of Being Mortal, a Frontline documentary that features surgeon Dr. Atul Gawande, will be held on Thursday, May 25 at 6 p.m. at the Colfax High School Auditorium in Colfax.
The film features the hopes of patients and families facing terminal illness. Following the showing there will be a panel discussion that includes Dr. Mark Parsons and ARNP Jaime Roche, addressing advance care planning and assistance locally.
This is a no cost eventand open to the public.
